Why it works:
- Oats soothe and calm the skin

- A touch of olive oil (optional) adds deep nourishment
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp ground oats (or plain instant oats)
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp olive oil (optional)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Apply a thin layer to clean face.
- Leave on for 10–15 minutes.
