🌸 BozzLuv DIY Self-Care Moment –May  Edition

Fresh Air Reset + Kitchen Glow Facial

May is about slowing down, stepping outside, and reconnecting with yourself—without pressure, without overspending, and without overthinking it.

This month, you have two simple ways to reset:

  • A fresh air self-care moment
  • A quick at-home facial using everyday ingredients

Choose one… or do both.

🌿 Option 1: Fresh Air Reset (Mind + Body)

✨ What You’ll Need:

  • A towel or blanket
  • A bowl of warm water
  • A washcloth
  • Lemon slices (optional)
  • Any lotion or oil you already own

🌷 How To Do It:

  1. Sit outside or near an open window.
  2. Add lemon slices to warm water (optional).
  3. Dip your washcloth and gently press it onto your face or neck.
  4. Take 3–5 slow, deep breaths.
  5. Apply lotion or oil slowly to your skin.

No rushing. Just a pause.

🍯 Option 2: Kitchen Glow Facial (Skin Reset)

✨ What You’ll Need:

Step 1: Cleanse

  • Warm water + washcloth

Step 2: Choose Your Mask

Hydrating:

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Brightening:

  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt

Exfoliating:

  • 1 teaspoon sugar + a few drops of olive oil

🌷 How To Do It:

  1. Gently cleanse your face with a warm washcloth.
  2. Apply your chosen mask:
    • Honey or yogurt → leave on for 5–10 minutes
    • Sugar scrub → gently massage for 30 seconds, then rinse
  3. Rinse with warm water.
  4. Pat dry and apply your regular moisturizer or oil.

Simple. Effective. No extra spending.

📝 Journal Prompt for May

“What do I need more of in this season of my life?”

Not what others expect.
Not what looks good online.
What
you actually need.

🌿 3 Simple Wellness Reminders for May

  • Get fresh air daily (even a few minutes counts)
  • Stay hydrated (your skin will thank you)
  • Take one slow moment each day

Self-care doesn’t have to be expensive.
It doesn’t have to be perfect.

Sometimes it’s:

  • Sitting in the sun
  • Using what you already have
  • Choosing to slow down

That’s enough.
